We’re so glad you’re here. At Veterinary Bookkeeper, our goal is to help veterinarians not only stay on top of their books but also feel confident in making smart financial and managerial decisions for their practices.
Since 2018, Veterinary Bookkeeper has been serving veterinarians across the country with accurate bookkeeping and exceptional client service. While bookkeeping provides important historical data, many of our clients needed more—help understanding their numbers, improving cash flow, and planning ahead for growth.
That’s why we created our Veterinary Financial Education & Managerial Strategy (VFEMS) services: to provide the forward-looking guidance and support veterinarians were asking for.
Through fractional CFO support, we focus on the areas that matter most to practice owners:
Big changes don’t happen overnight—and too many at once can actually hold you back. That’s why we created the Growth Plan, a step-by-step approach designed to strengthen your practice’s financial foundation while providing ongoing accountability.
We start with financial education to get everyone on the same page, then move into a high-level review of your immediate and long-term priorities. From there, we create a customized action plan and meet monthly to track progress, make adjustments, and slowly introduce new financial tools. This ensures consistent, manageable progress and lasting results.
Prefer something more flexible? Each of our services is also available a la carte, with one-on-one Zoom sessions tailored to your specific needs. While effective, this option doesn’t provide the same level of continuity and accountability as the Growth Plan.
Amanda brings a unique blend of veterinary, financial, and entrepreneurial experience:
This combination of experience allows her to not only empathize with the challenges you face but also offer practical, hands-on strategies that make a real difference to your clinic’s operations, culture, and bottom line.
We look forward to helping you feel confident, supported, and in control of your practice’s financial future.
